Half Sheet Shipping Labels (2 per Sheet): uses, sizes and printing tips
Two half-sheet labels per page (5½ × 8½ inches) — large enough for a big address block on boxes and moving cartons. Each starts with a “From:” line; switch to a title band to label moving boxes by room.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Put a label on two sides of each box so you can read it in a stack.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.

Can I label moving boxes with it?
Yes — choose “Title band + lines”, write the room in the band and list the contents below.
Will carrier labels fit?
Most carrier labels are 4 × 6 in; half-sheet labels have room for one.
Will it line up with my label sheets?
The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
