Pantry Labels: uses, sizes and printing tips
Pantry and kitchen labels with a gray title band for the name — flour, rice, pasta, snacks — and a line below for the date or refill notes. Fourteen per sheet, sized for canisters, bins and baskets.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Label shelves as well as containers so everything goes back in the same place.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.

Write the name in the title band with a thick marker; print on clear or kraft label sheets for a store-bought look.
Can I use them in the fridge?
Yes, on dry containers; condensation can loosen paper labels.

The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
