Shipping Labels (10 per Sheet): uses, sizes and printing tips
Ten 2 × 4 inch labels per sheet — the standard size for package and mailing labels. Each label starts with a “From:” line followed by address lines; switch to plain address lines, a title band or blank labels.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Cover handwritten shipping labels with clear tape so they stay readable in the rain.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.

Can I use these for postage?
Use them for the sender and recipient addresses. Postage labels from a carrier have their own format — print those from the carrier’s site.

Will it line up with my label sheets?
The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
