A template for the most common address label sheet: 30 labels of 1 × 2⅝ inches in three columns. Each label has three address lines; hide the outlines when you print on real labels, or show them to check alignment on plain paper.
Standard Letter sheets with 30 labels of 1 × 2⅝ in, 3 across and 10 down — the most common address label layout sold by many brands.
Save as PDF and type in a PDF editor, or write by hand; for mail merges use your word processor’s label tool with the same size.
The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
