A4 Labels (21 per Sheet): uses, sizes and printing tips
The most common A4 address label sheet: 21 labels of 63.5 × 38.1 mm in three columns of seven. Each label has address lines; hide the outlines when you print on label sheets.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Set the printer paper size to A4 before printing.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.
