A4 Labels (24 per Sheet): uses, sizes and printing tips
Twenty-four labels per A4 sheet (63.5 × 33.9 mm, three across and eight down) with address lines — a slightly smaller alternative to the 21-label sheet.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Feed label sheets one at a time if your printer jams.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.

How is it different from 21 per sheet?
The labels are the same width but 4 mm shorter, so eight rows fit instead of seven.
Do I need to change printer settings?
Choose A4 paper and 100% scale.
Will it line up with my label sheets?
The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
