2 Inch Round Labels: uses, sizes and printing tips
Twenty round labels per sheet, 2 inches across, with two writing lines — popular for envelope seals, jar lids, favor bags, product stickers and planner stickers.
How to print it
- Choose the label sheet layout — the page size (Letter or A4) follows the sheet you pick.
- Choose what goes on each label (address lines, a “From:” line, a title band, or nothing) and whether to show the label outlines.
- Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet in front of a window to check the alignment.
- Load the label sheet and print at 100% (Actual size) with headers and footers off. Hide the outlines when printing on real labels.
Tips
- Use round labels to seal envelopes and treat bags.
- Write on the labels by hand, or print the page as a PDF and type on it in a PDF editor before printing.
- If the print drifts a little, check that the printer is not set to “Fit to page” or “Borderless”.

Will it fit 2 inch circle label sheets?
It uses a 4 × 5 grid of 2 in circles centered on the page. Spacing varies by brand, so print a test on plain paper and compare.
Can I make blank circles?
Choose Blank under On each label.
Will it line up with my label sheets?
The layout follows the common sizes and spacing for each label count and is centered on the page. Printers differ slightly, so always print a plain-paper test first.
