A clean spelling test sheet for weekly lists. Twenty large numbered lines give room for careful handwriting, two bonus lines stretch strong spellers, and the dictation box lets you check words in a full sentence.

How to fill it out

  1. Print one copy per student.
  2. Read each word, use it in a sentence, and read it again.
  3. Add bonus words and a dictation sentence at the end.
  4. Score and write the result in the Score box.

Tips

  • Group the list by spelling pattern (for example, words with “ai”).
  • Give a practice test midweek on the same sheet.
  • Have students correct missed words three times on the back.
  • Use the dictation sentence to check capitals and punctuation too.
