Turn a goal into a game. Write what your child is working on — using the potty, reading every night, staying in bed — and the reward they are working toward. Each day the goal is met, color a star or add a sticker. Five weeks fit on one page.

How to fill it out

  1. Write your child’s name, the goal and the reward.
  2. Print the chart and post it where your child can see it.
  3. Add a sticker or color a star every day the goal is met.
  4. Celebrate when the stars add up.

Tips

  • Pick one clear goal at a time.
  • Make the first reward easy to reach so kids buy in.
  • Praise effort out loud when you add a star.
  • Keep rewards small and frequent: extra story time, choosing dinner, a trip to the park.

FAQ

Is it really free?
