Map where every student sits. The front of the room is marked at the top and each of the 36 desks has two lines, so you can write a student’s name and a note, or use pairs for partner seating. It is ideal for substitute folders and the first weeks of school.

How to fill it out

  1. Click into the seating chart and type, or print it blank to fill in by hand.
  2. Choose Letter or A4 in the toolbar.
  3. Print it, or choose Save as PDF.
  4. Your typing is saved in this browser, so you can come back and finish later.

Tips

  • Write names in pencil — seating changes often.
  • Use the second line for notes such as “glasses” or “needs front seat”.
  • Edit the “Front of room” label to show where your board is.
  • Put a copy in your sub folder.
