Lined Paper with Name and Date: uses, sizes and printing tips
Lined writing paper with a Name and Date header so assignments never come back unlabeled. It starts wide ruled for younger students; switch the header to Name, Class & Date or Name, Date & Subject, or add your own title such as “Spelling test” or “Journal entry”.
How to print it
- The page opens wide ruled (11/32″) with a Name and Date line at the top and 28 writing lines below.
- Under Header, switch to Name, date & subject or Name, class & date, or type a title such as “Spelling test” or “Exit ticket.”
- Change the line spacing to college ruled for older students; the header stays the same.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Headers and footers” so the spacing stays exact.
