Isometric dot paper places dots on a triangular lattice instead of drawing full lines. You still get the three isometric directions, but your finished drawing is not crossed by grid lines — favored in math classes for building-block views and by illustrators for isometric pixel art.
Drawing 3D solids built from cubes, front/side/top views, nets and tessellations.
Choose 5 mm or 1/4″ under Triangle size.
A grid of equilateral triangles: lines run vertically and at 30° to the horizontal. It lets you draw 3D objects with true-length edges, which is why it is used for technical sketches, game maps and math class.
It is completely free with no sign-up and no download. Change the settings, print it or save it as a PDF, and bookmark the address — your settings are stored in the link.
