Dice Game Score Sheet: uses, sizes and printing tips
A score sheet for the classic five-dice poker game: ones to sixes with the 35-point upper bonus, then three and four of a kind, full house, small and large straight, five of a kind, chance and totals — six games per sheet.
How to print it
- Choose the paper size (US Letter, A4, Legal, A5 or Half Letter) and portrait or landscape — the page updates as you change settings.
- Pick the score sheet type, the number of players and rounds, and how many games or cards fit on a page.
- Add a title or a name/date header if you want, or keep the page plain.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Headers and footers”.
Tips
- Print double-sided to get twelve games per sheet.
- Keep a stack in the game box so a score sheet is always at hand.
- Laminate a sheet and use dry-erase markers to reuse it.

How does the upper bonus work?
If the six upper boxes add up to 63 or more, add 35 bonus points.
Is this an official score card?
No. It is a generic sheet for the public-domain five-dice game; Yahtzee is a trademark of Hasbro and this sheet is not affiliated with it.
Can I print it smaller?
In the print dialog choose 2 pages per sheet to get two half-size score sheets.
