4 Column Columnar Pad: uses, sizes and printing tips
Columnar paper like an accountant’s pad: numbered rows, a wide description column and four amount columns with cents dividers, headers left blank for your own labels. Choose 2 to 13 columns.
How to print it
- Choose the paper size (US Letter, A4, Legal, A5 or Half Letter) and portrait or landscape — the page updates as you change settings.
- Choose the layout (ledger, check register, cash book or columnar pad), the number of amount columns, the row height and shaded rows.
- Add a title or a name/date header if you want, or keep the page plain.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Headers and footers”.
Tips
- Print landscape with more columns for monthly budgets — see the 12-column version.
- Each amount column has a light cents divider so decimal points line up.
- Write in pencil while reconciling and ink the final figures.
