Dot Drill Target: uses, sizes and printing tips
Nine numbered dots with outer rings for accuracy and transition drills — shoot each dot in order, or follow a drill card. Choose 4, 6 or 12 dots per page.
How to print it
- Choose the paper size (US Letter, A4, Legal, A5 or Half Letter) and portrait or landscape — the page updates as you change settings.
- Choose the target type, how many targets per page and the number of scoring rings.
- Add a title or a name/date header if you want, or keep the page plain.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Headers and footers”.
Tips
- Write the date, distance and score in the margin to track progress.
- Print at 100% (Actual size) so ring sizes and grid squares are true to scale.
- Use a laser printer or let ink dry before use — bold black areas can smear.
