Baseball Field Diagram: uses, sizes and printing tips

Baseball Field Diagram printable preview
Free printable Baseball Field Diagram

A baseball field from home plate to the outfield fence: the diamond with bases, pitcher’s mound, infield grass arc and foul lines. Write your defensive lineup at each position or chart hits and spray charts during a game.

How to print it

  1. Choose the paper size (US Letter, A4, Legal, A5 or Half Letter) and portrait or landscape — the page updates as you change settings.
  2. Choose the sport, full or half court, how many diagrams per page and note lines for each.
  3. Add a title or a name/date header if you want, or keep the page plain.
  4. Click Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Headers and footers”.

Tips

  • Print 4 per page to keep a defensive chart for every inning.
  • Diagrams are drawn to scale in light-to-dark gray so your markings stand out.
  • Print a set for each practice and file them as a playbook.
